Day 4

Today we dealt with one of the most known stories from the Old Testament: Noah's Ark. I presume the story is more allegorical than literal. I'll have to look that up--not too sure how to interpret it.

That said, there is something to be said about the purifying nature of water and the chance to rebuild and start fresh.

I received an e-mail from Ascension today (or yesterday?) where they suggested that I purchase "Walking With God: A Journey through the Bible" because Fr. Schmitz mentions it often in the podcast. It's not that expensive, so I might pick it up.

I feel something stirring in me -- but I'm not too sure what it is yet.

I felt my prayer last night was hopelessly bad. I honestly don't know how to pray.

Amendment #1

Just ordered Walking With God by Jeff Cavins.

Stressful day but I feel like I'm starting to reach a point where I can just say: It's in God's hands. I'll just rely on Jesus to do what is best.
